As we are representing your client for the police station investigation stage our firm charges the police station fee. We will complete legal aid for your firm if any court proceedings follow but will of course assist you if you require further agency work at court.
We endeavour to report back to you on the same day of the interview or hearing, by phone or email. We will then follow this up with a letter and invoice within three working days.
