Our highly skilled advocates will represent you at the Magistrates' and Crown Court. We use the most experienced and highly regarded barristers to represent our clients at Crown Court trials.
Who will represent me at court?
At the Magistrates' Court this will be one of our highly skilled solicitors. We will be able to tell you the day before your hearing, which lawyer will be representing you and you can familiarise yourself with our lawyers in the "our team" section of our website.
In the Crown Court, you will either be represented by our in house barrister, Mr Goodman or a barrister we have instructed because of their experience and because we feel they are a good fit for you and your case.
What do you charge for representation at court?
Many of our clients qualify for legal aid at the Magistrates' and Crown Court. Please contact us on 01603 610611 - we can advise you whether you qualify for legal aid which is both means tested and merits tested (both the nature of the allegation and your financial position are assessed by the legal aid agency). For those clients who instruct us on a private basis, we will advise you fully at each and every stage of the costs involved in your case.
